  • Click on this website and read the information and watch the video to learn about elephants. You will do more with this information tomorrow, but for today just read the information to learn what you can about elephants.

  • Click here to Access Mars - On the page, click on "Take a peek inside 360 mode" in the middle of the page. Watch the intro (be sure to have your sound on). Once you get to the point where the Curiosity Rover is on Mars, hover your house over the rover until the different parts light up white. Click on each part and it will tell you about what that part does. 
  • Click here to see a 360 virtual model of the rover. Read about it's different parts and what it does. You will do more with this tomorrow, but for today, just learn about the rover and it's parts.

Do not panic! There is more to do here today than other days, because today is a homeschool day. As we talked about, Luke and Maiya are in school 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. You will be doing extra work at home to make up those 6 hours.  2 hours   - tutoring  30 minutes/day- daily homework 30 minutes for 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) = 2 hours . That is 2 hours (tutoring) + 2 hours (homework) = 4 hours.  That leaves around 2 more hours to do work on Friday .  You have all day to do this. You just must be done by 2:00. Do things in any order you want, leaving things that you need help with until I am at home. Takes breaks to get up and move, ride your scooter, eat lunch, etc. When you finish, you have free time.
