    • Work/questions with Mom (RL.4.1, RL.5.1, RL.4.2, RL.4.3, RL.4.4., RL. 4.5, RL.4.6, RL.5.6)
    • Read, "Goodnight Train"

    • Decide if you agree with this opinion or disagree with this opinion. 
    • Write a sentence stating your opinion. Ex: I think that _______ is a better theme park than _______. Then, write three sentences giving reasons to support your opinion. (W.4.1)

    • Read, "Unschooling" article with Mom. Talk about what unschooling is and if you think it is a good idea or not and why. (L.5.4)

Do not panic! There is more to do here today than other days, because today is a homeschool day. As we talked about, Luke and Maiya are in school 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. You will be doing extra work at home to make up those 6 hours.  2 hours   - tutoring  30 minutes/day- daily homework 30 minutes for 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) = 2 hours . That is 2 hours (tutoring) + 2 hours (homework) = 4 hours.  That leaves around 2 more hours to do work on Friday .  You have all day to do this. You just must be done by 2:00. Do things in any order you want, leaving things that you need help with until I am at home. Takes breaks to get up and move, ride your scooter, eat lunch, etc. When you finish, you have free time.
